I'm burning through supplies just keeping myself well stocked and building new bases just so I can reach the story missions that are outside my range. Every time he attacks on a continent where I don't have any bases there's nothing I can do. 3 of them sit on the continent he spawns. I got 4 planes split across North+South America and Europe. He has a lot of ships and some of them take a lot of fire power to bring down. The Behemoth is corrupting havens and I have to send a squad to clear them out. I can't exactly expand because of the supplies required to reactivate a base+build a sat uplink to find points of interest. I'm at the point where I need multiple planes to stand a chance at taking out some of the bigger ships and even with that I need to save scum. I've beaten the game on Legend and I'm down to Normal because I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is the game telling me I should raid the factions? I've tried 2 play throughs since the dlc came out. I just can't spare the supplies and man power to find them. I haven't even attempted trying to find the ancient sites for the ultimate weapons.
